I am DJ Chris Casper . I consider myself one of New York City's most promising talents. I am from Brooklyn, NY. I first became interested in the art of DJ’ing around thirteen years of age. I began reading books about the business and became further fascinated with the art form. At fourteen years of age, I was presented with my first set of DJ equipment on behalf of my father. A bedroom DJ was born. I would spend the bulk of my earnings from my job at a supermarket to purchase records and video tutorials. I am influenced by DJs such as Crooklyn Clan but not limited to those individuals. I obtained my first opportunity to showcase myself as a DJ in Brooklyn, NY. Nightlife promoter, Anthony Reda enabled me my first opportunity to DJ at a local teen party. I’ve always continued to practice with the aspiration to become a respected professional within the field. Throughout high school, my popularity as a DJ was modest although I always had an outlet to generate income. Around this time, I met Dj JOVE who has assisted me as a friend and mentor in various aspects of the business. My affiliations with these individuals enabled me the platform to becoming further recognized within the field. Following a short run of local nightclub opportunities, I experienced some transitions in my lifestyle. This prevented me from focusing on the DJ business. I finished high school in Pennsylvania and eventually returned to New York. After successfully searching for employment as a DJ, This enabled me the ability to balance my lifestyle.
